At Sunny Kennel Nigeria Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us first.
