The rules that apply when you use our website, book a treatment or place an order.

These terms govern your use of the CO Beauty Treats website and the services and products we offer. By booking an appointment, placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Appointments

Online bookings are requests and are confirmed once we accept them. Please arrive about ten minutes before your appointment so your treatment can start on time. If you arrive late we may need to shorten the service. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at our discretion.

Services and Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. The price quoted when you book or order is the price that applies. Treatment results vary from person to person. Please tell your therapist about allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medication before your service, and ask for a patch test where one is recommended.

Orders, Payments and Refunds

Orders are accepted when we confirm them. Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with consumer-protection law. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the item is unused, in its original packaging and returned within the period stated at purchase. Gift cards and personalised items are non-refundable except where required by law.

Gift Cards, Packages and Memberships

Gift cards, treatment packages and memberships are valid for the period stated at purchase and are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise. Unused sessions and balances expire at the end of that period. Memberships may be cancelled in line with the terms agreed at sign-up.

Promotions and Loyalty Rewards

Promotions, discounts and loyalty rewards are subject to the specific conditions published with them. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy content at scale, or to impersonate another person. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. When you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us permission to display and promote it in connection with our business.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
