Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! Sunny Kennel delivers to all 36 states in Nigeria plus the FCT. Delivery fees vary by location. Orders within Minna are delivered same-day or next-day. For other states, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, Paystack (debit/credit cards, USSD, bank transfer), and cash on delivery (within Minna). All online payments are secured with Paystack's PCI-compliant encryption.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and delivery updates in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Live pets have a separate health guarantee policy. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete details.
Do you sell live pets?
Yes! We have healthy puppies, kittens, birds, fish, and small mammals available for adoption. All our live pets are vaccinated, dewormed, and come with a health certificate. Visit our Live Pets section or call us for current availability.
What brands do you carry?
We carry premium pet brands including Royal Canin, Reflex Plus, Booster, Pedigree, Whiskas, Bravecto, Purina, and many more. We're constantly adding new brands to give you the best selection.
Can I return a live pet?
Live pets come with a 48-hour health guarantee. If your pet shows signs of illness within this period, please contact us immediately with a veterinary report. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you offer grooming services?
Currently we sell professional grooming supplies for at-home grooming. We're working on opening a grooming salon at our Minna location soon. Stay tuned for updates!
How do I care for my new puppy?

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
